Using KUN
You may use KUN for personal entertainment, conversation, and story-driven roleplay. You agree not to use the app to harm others, break the law, reverse engineer the service, overload our systems, or bypass safety controls.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use KUN.
AI Characters & Content
KUN provides AI-generated fictional characters for entertainment purposes.
KUN characters generate responses automatically. Output can be surprising, inaccurate, or emotionally intense. You are responsible for how you interpret and use generated content.
KUN is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
Accounts and Early Access
Early access invitations may be limited, delayed, paused, or revoked if we detect abuse or need to protect the product experience. Keep your account details accurate and do not share access in a way that compromises another person.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe these Terms have been violated or if use of the Service creates risks for KUN, its users, or third parties.
Purchases and Shrimps
KUN may offer optional in-app purchases, including packages of “Shrimps.”
Shrimps are KUN’s internal virtual currency. They can be used inside the app to unlock bonus content, extra drops, hidden moments, and other premium or limited features that may be available from time to time.
Shrimps have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, refunded, or redeemed for money or anything outside KUN, except where required by law.
Available Shrimp packages may include:
- 50 Shrimps — US$0.99
- 100 Shrimps — US$1.79
- 250 Shrimps — US$3.49
- 500 Shrimps — US$5.89
- 1000 Shrimps — US$9.99
Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, app store rules, promotions, or platform fees. The final price will be shown before you confirm a purchase.
Purchases are processed by the relevant app store or payment provider. Their terms, payment rules, refund policies, and billing settings may also apply.
We may change, add, remove, or limit Shrimp packages, prices, bonuses, or the content that can be unlocked with Shrimps at any time. If you delete your account or your access to KUN is suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you may lose access to unused Shrimps, except where required by law.
Ownership
KUN, its characters, interface, art direction, brand assets, and product design belong to KUN Team or its licensors. You keep rights to the prompts and original material you provide, subject to the permissions needed to run the service.
By using KUN, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, and display content you provide solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, securing, and improving the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms as KUN moves from early access into a fuller release. If the changes are material, we will make the updated version available through the site or app.
Disclaimer of Warranties
KUN is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Service or any AI-generated content.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KUN Team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service or any AI-generated content.
