Google User Data

If you choose to sign in with Google or connect a Google Account, KUN uses Google OAuth and Google API Services only after you grant permission.

Data accessed: for the current Google sign-in flow, KUN accesses your Google Account identifier, name, email address, email verification status, profile image, OAuth authorization tokens, and sign-in or session metadata needed to authenticate your account. KUN does not receive your Google password. KUN does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or other Google Workspace content unless a feature separately requests that access and you approve it.

Data usage: we use Google user data to create and secure your KUN account, let you sign in, recognize you across sessions, display your basic profile information inside the product, provide account support when you request it, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, credit or lending decisions, sale to data brokers, or generalized AI/ML model training.

Storage and sharing: we store only the Google user data needed to operate your account and connected features. We may share limited Google user data with service providers that help us provide hosting, authentication, security, customer support, and legal compliance, and only under confidentiality and data protection obligations. We do not sell Google user data.

You can revoke KUN's access to your Google Account from your Google Account permissions page or request deletion of Google user data associated with your KUN account by contacting hello@kun.chat.

KUN's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

AI Models and Training

We do not use your conversations, messages, memories, voice interactions, uploaded content, or other personal information to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models or large language models.

We do not use Google user data obtained through Google OAuth or Google API Services to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.

Any processing of user content is performed solely to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the KUN service.

We do not permit third-party AI providers to use content submitted through KUN to train their own public or general-purpose AI models.

Retention Periods

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information at any time.

International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Request deletion of your personal information.
